About Lester

Hey there,

I'm Lester Deane, though everyone calls me Deane. I've been a Realtor in Hampton Roads for over 8 years, helping people design their lives using real estate – whether selling, buying, or investing for the future.

Formerly a police detective in the US Virgin Islands, I understand life's transitions. I'm a proud father of two boys: an adult entrepreneur running a music studio, and a toddler exploring the world.

Outside work, I enjoy coffee roasters, family time, exploring markets, and creating music. I'm influenced by hip-hop, Jazz, Gospel, and R&B.
