As a lifelong Virginian and long-time Hampton Roads/Peninsula resident, I bring in-depth local knowledge that goes far beyond the basics. From neighborhood nuances and school districts to zoning regulations, market trends, and the regional economy, I help clients make confident, well-informed real estate decisions.

My background sets me apart. Before transitioning fully into real estate sales, I consulted as a new-construction expert for more than 25 local and national banks and owned a successful appraisal business. This experience gives my clients a powerful advantage through strategic pricing, accurate valuations, and insight into how lenders and builders evaluate properties. I have also shared this expertise statewide by creating and teaching a new-construction seminar for the Virginia Bankers Association.

Community involvement is equally important to me. Serving six years on an HOA board provided firsthand experience navigating governance, budgets, and management companies—knowledge that proves invaluable when helping buyers and sellers understand community dynamics and long-term value.
